Pay range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment
Requirements of Employment:

Outbound APPOINTMENT SETTER
The Cleaning Clinics is seeking a motivated and reliable Outbound Appointment Setter to support our commercial growth efforts. This role focuses exclusively on outbound calling to U.S. businesses to schedule commercial cleaning walkthrough appointments for offices, medical facilities, and managed properties.
This is a remote, phone-based position and does not involve closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses using provided scripts and call lists
Speak with office managers, property managers, or decision-makers
Qualify prospects and schedule walkthrough appointments
Accurately log call activity and appointment details
Follow up on warm leads as directed
Maintain professionalism and consistency on all calls
Performance Expectations:
80–120 outbound calls per day (part-time schedule)
Consistent effort and adherence to call scripts
Focus on appointments booked, not sales closed
Qualifications:
Comfortable making outbound cold calls
Clear, confident English speaking skills
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Organized and reliable with call tracking
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound calling is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
Hourly pay (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses for appointments booked
Part-time hours to start (2–4 hours per day)

Job Description
Job Duties
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
Helping prepare for meetings.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Making travel arrangements for executives.
Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Experience as a virtual assistant.
Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
Provide general administrative support.
Review RFP/RFI responses, and other client-facing materials.
Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals, awards, and modifications.
Perform actions related to evaluation, analysis, and negotiation of post-award actions.
Evaluates contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
Approves or rejects requests for deviations from contract specifications and delivery schedules.
Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of prices.
Creating practice submissions for directories, databases, and other publications as needed.

At least two years of experience in government contracting, RFPS/ RFI
