Independent Contractor Classification Acknowledgment

The contractor acknowledges that during their engagement they may have access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to:

• Client data

• Contact information

• Pricing and sales materials

• Internal systems and processes

  The contractor agrees to:

  • Use company information solely for authorized business purposes

  • Maintain strict confidentiality during and after the engagement

  • Not disclose, download, copy, or share company data without written authorization

  • Immediately report any suspected data breach or unauthorized access

Violation of this acknowledgment may result in immediate termination of the engagement.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply fully with the confidentiality and information security obligations described above.
