Independent Contractor Classification Acknowledgment

The Business Development Associate role may be performed by qualified professionals located outside of the United States. When services are performed by a non-U.S. individual, the relationship is classified as an International Independent Contractor engagement. This engagement is classified as an Independent Contractor relationship. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that they are not an employee of The Cleaning Clinics LLC.

As an independent contractor:

  • You are not classified as a W-2 employee.

  • You are not entitled to employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, or unemployment benefits.

  • You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and legal obligations required by your country of residence.

  • The Cleaning Clinics LLC will not withhold U.S. federal, state, or local taxes on your behalf.

  • You retain control over how services are performed, subject to agreed-upon deliverables, quality standards, and timelines.

  • This agreement does not create an employer–employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

  • This engagement is governed by the terms outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement, confidentiality obligations, and applicable U.S. and international laws.

To ensure compliance, international contractors must complete and acknowledge the documents outlined below prior to beginning work or receiving payment.

By signing below, you confirm that you understand and accept your classification as an International Independent Contractor (1099-equivalent).
