Technology, Access, and Security Agreement
The contractor acknowledges that access to The Cleaning Clinics LLC’s systems, tools, and data is granted solely for authorized business purposes and agrees to comply with the following technology, access, and security requirements.
Technology & Device Standards
The contractor confirms and agrees to:
Use a personal, secure, password-protected device (laptop or desktop) that is not shared with any other individual.
Maintain up-to-date operating systems, security patches, antivirus software, and firewall protections.
Ensure that all work is performed in a private and secure environment that prevents unauthorized viewing or access to company information.
Internet & Network Security
The contractor confirms and agrees to:
Maintain access to reliable, secure, and private internet connectivity.
Avoid the use of public or unsecured Wi-Fi networks when accessing company systems.
Use a secure network configuration to protect against unauthorized access or data interception.
System Access & Platform Usage
The contractor confirms and agrees to:
Use only company-approved platforms, including but not limited to CRM systems, company email, phone/dialer software, and reporting tools.
Access company systems solely through credentials issued directly to the contractor.
Not share usernames, passwords, authentication codes, or system access with any third party.
Immediately log out of company systems when not actively in use.
Call Recording & Training Monitoring
The contractor acknowledges and agrees that:
Calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, compliance, and performance improvement purposes.
Recorded calls may be reviewed by supervisors, trainers, or authorized personnel.
Participation in recorded calls is a condition of access to company systems and services.
Call recordings may be retained for internal business use in accordance with company policy.
Screen Monitoring & Suspicious Activity Review
The contractor acknowledges and agrees that:
Screen monitoring or system activity review may be conducted if suspicious, unusual, or non-compliant behavior is detected.
Monitoring may include review of system logs, CRM activity, call patterns, login locations, or screen recordings, when necessary to protect company assets.
Monitoring is conducted solely for security, compliance, and risk prevention purposes, not for routine surveillance.
The Cleaning Clinics LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations to protect confidential information, client data, and system integrity.
Security Incidents & Reporting
The contractor agrees to:
Immediately notify The Cleaning Clinics LLC of any suspected or actual security incident, including unauthorized access, lost devices, compromised credentials, or suspicious activity.
Cooperate fully with any investigation related to security or data protection concerns.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
The contractor understands and agrees that:
Failure to comply with technology, access, and security requirements may result in:
Temporary suspension of system access
Termination of the contractor engagement
Legal action where appropriate
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Technology, Access, and Security Agreement as a condition of my engagement as an International Independent Contractor.
