STANDARD CLEANING INCLUDES:

Kitchen- wash and dry dishes. Clean & sanitize all surfaces including countertops, tables, cabinets. Clean & sanitize all exterior appliances (toaster, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc) clean under the toaster, and empty crumbs. Sweep, vacuum, mop floors.

Living Areas (applies to game room as well) Sweep and mop floors (sweep and mop baseboards to take out dust). Dust windowsills. Dust every surface, between chairs, underneath tables, entertainment center, lamps.

Bedrooms Dust and clean all surfaces including all bedroom furniture, electronics, lamps. Make the bed. Clean windowsills. Sweep, vacuum, mop floors.

Bathrooms Clean & sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, sink, toilet, & faucets. Clean and polish mirrors. Sweep and mop floors. Clean Showers and bathtubs.

Laundry Area Wipe down washer and dryer exterior.

Baseboard Please note that baseboard dusting is including with each standard cleaning. Baseboard washing is a different feature with an additional fee. Please see upgrades.

Quick Tip: Hours are listed in worker-hours. For example, a 4-hour appointment could either include 1 person working for 4 hours or 2 people working for 2 hours each and so on.
